A lot of patients have asked me for our veggie smoothie recipe, so here it is. Enjoy!
The amazing 1 minute veggie smoothie recipe:
2 carrots
2 celery
1 handful spinach
1 handful parsley
2 small or 1 large apple
1/2 avocado
1 & 3/4 cup water
Agave nectar for sweetness (we use 4 tbps).
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute until creamy.
Drink immediately.
Yum! All the vitamins and minerals you can imagine, plus good fats too.
You can add protein powder if desired for an extra boost.
